The Korea Arrival Card Your Future Tired Self Will Thank You For

Before a trip, I am an organized person with folders. After a long flight, I am a person staring at a phone and wondering which screenshot was the important one.

This personal planning card puts the first few decisions in one place. It is not an official immigration document or a substitute for checking current entry requirements.

Copy this before you travel

Accommodation name: ___. Address in Korean and English: ___. Check-in instructions: ___. Booking reference stored privately: ___. Arrival transport option: ___. Backup option: ___. Person to contact if delayed: ___.

Save the destination, not just the brand

If a hotel or café has several branches, record the exact branch and address. A familiar logo is comforting, but it is not a navigation system. Save a map pin and keep an offline copy of the essential details.

Separate the first evening from the whole holiday

Plan how to reach your accommodation, find a simple meal, and rest. Leave ambitious sightseeing for a version of yourself who has slept. Future you can still be interesting after breakfast.

Keep a private version

Store booking details and contact information somewhere you can retrieve safely. If sharing your plan publicly, remove personal details and booking references. A useful travel post does not need to double as your front door key.

Check transport schedules and the property’s instructions close to departure; this template intentionally contains no fixed fares or timetables. The point is to reduce decisions when tired, not freeze changing information into a beautiful but obsolete screenshot.
